VISIONARY & DIRECTOR

For the last 15 years, Phil Goodman has been an integral part of the marketing and communication team at Brentwood Academy. He currently serves as the Director of Creative Services and Brand Management. In addition to his role at Brentwood Academy, he serves as the Visionary and Co-Director of Elevate Conference, a gathering of independent school communication professionals formed in 2022.

Phil has a reputation for thinking outside of the box. His extensive experience in independent education, church ministry, non-profits, and entrepreneurial ventures­­ has made him a sought-after consultant and leader. Phil has been the featured speaker at civic events and a breakout speaker at several industry-related conferences.

When he’s not working or thinking of creative ideas for a new project, you can find him enjoying an americano from a local coffee shop, traveling, and spending time with his wife Jaye and their daughter at their home in Bellevue, a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee.
